Hummus

1 can (~15-oz) garbanzo beans, drained
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons tahini
juice of one lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Blend all ingredients in food processor. Serve with baby carrots and/or pita chips.
